Betty Notar
Betty Notar has established a dynamic 25 year career in senior leadership positions with the Province of British Columbia and the Government of Ontario in social and economic policy areas. She has considerable experience with the labour market, education and workplace issues, and working with the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.
In the Province of British Columbia, she is a former Assistant Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Skills Development and Labour, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Advanced Education and Training, and Government Operations, Office of the Premier.
She is an innovative and well-qualified consultant with proven skills in multi-stakeholder consultation and facilitation, program and organizational transformation, industrial adjustment and human resource strategies. Betty has demonstrated the ability to translate new concepts into goals and results, manage complex and sensitive issues, and build partnerships and positive relationships.
