Bill Stipdonk, Associate

Bill Stipdonk, president of Metrix Consulting ltd., is a professional economist with over twenty three years of experience in quantitative analysis, program and project evaluation, modeling, forecasting and negotiations. Bill has worked in-depth in Western Canada on First Nation issues, including the Fiscal Arrangements relating to the Nisga’a Final Agreement, Meadow Lake Self Government Agreement, Sioux Valley Self Government Agreement, and Sechelt OSR Provisions. Most recently, Bill has developed the Fiscal Arrangements User Model, a long term financial forecasting model, which has been distributed for use to all First Nations in BC. Currently Bill is advising the Lheidli T’enneh and Sliammon First Nations on Fiscal Arrangements and related issues in support of their Final Agreements negotiations.
